Varres is situated near the mountains and 10/15 mins walk to a beautiful
safe sandy beach.
Located in the Ionian island of Zakinthos, Villa is in Varres near the
resort of Tsilvi, 10/15 minute walk to Tsilvi and beach, Tsilvi is a holiday
rersort, many restaurants etc. Villa 15kms from airport and 5 kms from
capital Zante, quaint port town. ideal for luxury family holiday, Villa is
in complex of 12 private villas, tennis courts for communal use. The resort
of Tsilvi has plenty of action, restaurants bars etc, also for kids, crazy
golf, bowling, water sports, horse riding etc.
Car hire not necessary but car could be nice to hire for a few days to see
the island. Temperature would be 32 to 38 degrees during July/August. Villa
is fully air-conditioned i.e. each bedroom and sitting room. Sheets and towels
supplied.
Villa is 5 min walk to nearest shop and 500 meters to nearest restaurant.

Jodie says: "Overall was happy with the accomodation, at the price we paid, the location was OK would not recommend it for elderly my parents really struggled with the walk into Tsilivi and couldnt face the walk to the beach! wasnt too bad on the way home as there is a taxi rank outside Sandras Bar at the bottom of the hill, if no taxis are there go for a drink in Sandras and they will order you one they always arrived within a couple of minutes.
The Resort of Tsilivi was fantastic and would definately go back, loads to see and do and hundreds of bars and restuarants, you will be spoilt for choice, we was there for 3 weeks and still never managed to get round them all!
The owner was having the pool tiled at the end of our Holiday which will make a big difference.
Bedrooms upstairs are a good size, problem with privacy as the wardrobes go back to back from one bedroom to the other and are not sealed so you can hear everyword from each bedroom.......which is OK when sharing with family......unless they snore!
Would defiantely go back to Villa Franco providing the price was right, I have noticed it has already increased from what we paid."
