This new private villa is located on the gorgeous Greek island of Kefalonia, more specifically, in the charming village of Karavados.

The largest of the Ionian Islands, beautiful Kefalonia has retained its charm and is an ideal choice for those wishing to find the 'unspoilt' Greece. Forests of pine trees cascading down to superb beaches lapped by crystal clear waters. It is simply breathtaking.

Located on the Southern coast of Kefalonia, Karavados is a typical peaceful Greek village with narrow streets winding off the main thoroughfare. In the center of the village is a colorful jewelbox church, a few tiny tavernas and a small mini-market and bar where the locals gather to drink coffee and wile away the hours.
Walking through the narrow roads of Karavados one finds a mix of beautiful ruins surrounding lush gardens, lovingly tended to vacation cottages and newly built villas all surrounded by pine trees, olive and citrus groves.
The nearest beach, St. Thomas (Agios Thomas)is divided into two small sandy beaches with crystal clear water. During high season there are sunbed rentals and there are three tavernas where you can have excellent snacks during the day and dinner in the evenings. 

Villa Ithaca has been recently built and furnished with comfort and fun in mind. The welcoming front door opens onto a large open living, dining and kitchen area. Relax on the two large and comfy sofas and enjoy the amazing views of the mountains, olive groves and the bright blue Ionian Sea through the two large patio doors opening out into the terrace. Or lay back and watch a film on the flat panel television. Enjoy a meal made in the spacious and fully equipped kitchen and served at the table which can accommodate six. The cool bedrooms offer a spare and relaxing atmosphere and both have large patio doors through which you can watch the amazing sunrises and sunsets over the breathtakingly blue sea. Most visitors spend a lot of time out of doors enjoying the spectacularly sunny weather, at Villa Ithaca there is a large wrap around tiled patio and a private pool perfect for cooling off and relaxing whilst getting nice and brown.
From the large outdoor terrace and private pool you will enjoy the amazing views of the crystal blue Ionian Sea. The villa is completely surrounded by walls, making the garden area the ideal place for children to play.

 

Guests of Villa Ithaca enjoy the services of a personal concierge who will meet you upon your arrival and is at your service 24 hours a day during your stay. Your concierge is also available to help you make your travel arrangements and give you valuable advice before and during your holiday.

The Villa is cleaned weekly including changing of linens, but more frequent cleaning can be arranged. The pool and gardens will be tended to during your stay. 

The villa comprises 2 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 1 twin and 1 cots, 2 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. The property also has 1 double sofa bed located in the living area. This gives room for up to 6 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 2 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool.

The villa has television dvd. The music system will play cds.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The villa is in a quiet area but you may hear occasional noise. It has a private swimming pool, a garden, a patio area, sea views, panoramic views. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.
