Turn into the gravel private road and enter through the stylish gates onto the stone paved driveway. By now you are filled with excitement eager to explore the villa and the landscaped outdoors. The front entrance is at a raised patio. When you enter the villa, an open plan living area welcomes you to include a living room, dining room, log fireplace and kitchen. The ground floor also has a WC with sink and washing machine. Two sets of sliding doors open onto the covered patio with ceiling fans and sun screens overlooking the lower level private pool, barbecue and terrace. The upstairs features 1 double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and there are 2 twin bedrooms and a second bathroom. There is a basement in the villa as well, which could serve as sleeping area for further 2 people.

The outside area of the villa features a private swimming pool with overflow, covered patio, stone paved terraces and walkways, a typical Greek style built-in barbeque with stone countertops and sink. There are many outdoor lights creating a wonderful atmosphere to enjoy evenings outdoors. The plot is surrounded by a stone wall with iron gates and fences.

The closest restaurants and small shops are situated in the neighbouring village of Faraklata 1 kilometre away. Major supermarkets, shops, bars and further restaurants are found in Argostoli. Closest beaches are the ones in the Lassi area at about 6 -8 kilometres away. The world famous Myrtos beach is about 30 kilometres from the villa. EFL Kefalonia airport 20 minutes drive.
Ferry to Lixouri 10 minute drive. Easy access to Sami for ferries to Ithaki island. 

The villa comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 2 twin, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. The property also has 1 double sofa bed located in the Basement. This gives room for up to 8 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 2 bathrooms and 1 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The villa has television dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cassettes, cds, radio. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming calls only.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 8 in the dining room. The open fire can be used to create a comfortable atmosphere. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.
