Located on the northeast coast of Corfu and surrounded by olive groves and forests, the beautiful village of Agios Stefanos offers fabulous picture postcard views. With 2 cocktail bars and several tavernas, together with a couple of supermarkets, a tourist shop, and boat hire, there is something for everyone. Avlaki is a five-minute drive from Kassiopi and Agios Stefanos. Here you’ll find a long, white-pebbled beach with clear water, ideal for swimming. A small sailing school and water sports centre is open in peak season and a selection of tavernas and cafes serve local cuisine. At places such as Kaminaki, Nissaki, Kalami and Kerasia there are waterside tavernas where lunches are always leisurely, dinners are always romantic, and children are always welcome.  

The villa comprises 6 bedrooms in total; 3 double, 3 single, 6 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 12 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 6 bathrooms and 6 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The villa has television and home cinema with dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds, radio. Recreational activities available with the villa include a snooker/pool table, table tennis.

There is room for 15 in the living room and 12 in the dining room. The open fire can be used to create a comfortable atmosphere. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, glassware, cooking utensils.

It has a private east facing swimming pool, a west facing garden, a summer house, a east facing patio area (with heater), a east facing balcony, sea views, panoramic views, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking and a garage with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.
