The villa is bungalow style and has been decorated to a very good standard with pine furniture. All the rooms have wooden beamed ceilings and ceramic, tiled floors.

The comfortable living room has a dining area, an archway to the kitchen and patio doors leading out to the pool terrace. The villa has three well appointed bedrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed and an en-suite shower room. There are two bedrooms with twin beds, one has an en-suite shower room and there is a further full bathroom

The doors from the living room lead to the private, sun terrace and kidney shaped 7x4.5 metre swimming pool. Sun beds, outdoor dining furniture, sun beds and a gas barbecue are provided. This is a lovely space to relax and experience al fresco living while enjoying a memorable holiday. The property can also be accessed by a side gate which leads to the pool area and makes the villa ideal for wheelchair access.
 

This villa is located within the picturesque village of Xaghra. It is a 10minute walk to the nearest village shop and a 25 minute walk will take you to the pretty tree lined square where you find a couple of local restaurants and bars. The nearest beach can be found at Ramla which is a 5 minute drive away.

The villa comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 2 twin and 1 cots, 2 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 7 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 3 bathrooms and 3 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool.

The villa has television satellite/cable. The music system will play radio. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming and outgoing calls.

There is room for 7 in the living room and 7 in the dining room. The open fire can be used to create a comfortable atmosphere. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.
