The Farm House is located in Xaghra in the Island of Gozo, sister of Malta, with fantastic countryside with wind mills, sea and village views. The Farm House building is around 400 years old but the pool had been modernized. The Farm House “Dar Il-Bebbux” (The House of the Snail) it’s not far from the main square of the church. It has 4 bedrooms, main bedroom with en suite bathroom, 3 double single bedrooms, 3 showers with toilets, sleeps up to 8 persons. There is sitting/dining, living area with cable TV. Fully equipped kitchen with cooker/hob, fridge/freezer, washing machine, microwave oven and larder room, which leads to the swimming pool. Nice deck and BBQ area with a private swimming pool and a garden. The pool is 9metres X 4.5metres the largest depth is 1.8 meters. There are front and back balconies and an open terrace which leads you to the roof, where in the evenings you can enjoy the beautiful sunset and views over the sea and those small villages that are around Xaghra. 

A car is essential so you can drive freely to a lot of interest and historical places.There will a feast on every weekend in a nearby village with procession, live band and fire works. You can visit the beaches that there is on the island.

ISLE OF COMINO
The tiny Island of Comino is situated right in the middle of the channel that separates mainland Malta from the island of Gozo. The UN spoilt island is a haven for all those who love swimming, snorkelling, diving, and wind surfing and other water sports. The so called Blue Lagoon, with its crystal clear blue sea, provides one of the most spectacular sights of the Maltese archipelago. The natural caves surrounding the Island are also awe inspiring and are not to be missed.
Comino has an area of 1.5 sq. km. And there are only about eight residents living on the Island. Traffic is inexistent while noise is the exception rather than the rule. The island does however boast a modern hotel which caters for those who want to escape from it all. There is also a watch tower built by the Grand Master Alof de Wignacourt in the 17th century.
A small church on Comino is dedicated to the Return of Our Lady from Egypt. This was first built in 1618 but has been restored many times since then. A 12th century navigational map at the National Maritime Museum in Greenwich shows a church where the present one stands.

The farm house comprises 4 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 3 twin and 1 cots, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 8 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The farm house has 3 bathrooms and 3 WCs for your party's use.

The farm house has television satellite/cable. The music system will play radio. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming and outgoing calls.

There is room for 8 in the living room and 8 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, glassware, cooking utensils.

Smoking is allowed in this farm house.

There are only 6 steps from the main door to go to the living room.. But there is 1 bedroom level with the kitchen, living area, the pool and the pool area . 

The farm house is in a very quiet area. It has a private swimming pool, a garden, a patio area, a balcony, sea views, panoramic views, interesting views, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

The farm house is right beside walking, a restaurant, a food shop.

Close to the farm house you will find a beach, swimming, boat hire, fishing, cycling, scuba diving, historic sites, a museum, shopping areas.

Within easy reach of the farm house you will find sailing, water skiing, wind surfing, climbing, horse riding, a themepark.

On Every weekend there will be a Feast with procession of the Saint live band and Fire Works
