We have taken great care in finishing and furnishing this apartment to very good standards. It is set in a block of only two units and each one has its own roof garden so you are guaranteed that the roof garden is for your sole use. The apartment is accessed by only one flight of stairs and the entrance opens out to a hall. As the property enjoys a wide and open plan layout all rooms enjoy plenty of natural light. The kitchen is well equipped with all basic need but also has a microwave. The dining area is just off the kitchen and is also well appointed with the dining table seating a total of 6 persons. The living room has two large sofas and can seat 6 or 7 persons comfortably. This area is equipped with cable TV and DVD player.

All bedrooms have brand new modern furniture. The master bedroom with its King size bed has a large en-suite bathroom. A spare shower room is also available. The roof garden is accessed through one more flight of stairs. Here you will also find a modern and well kept space complete with all items necessary for al-fresco dining such as BBQ and large table with chairs. Views of the surrounding village and the distant sea can be enjoyed from the roof garden. At night this space takes on a different aspect where you can see the whole village including the beautiful church lit up. It will give you the true impression of how tranquil Gozo is. We also carefully placed low level lighting on the roof terrace so you can have one of those traditional Gozitan barbeques whenever you feel like it. On this level one can also find a laundry room with washing machine and sink facility.
 

The village of Ghajnsielem is one of Gozo’s larger villages so most amenities are within walking distance from the apartment. Here you can find grocery stores, DVD rental shop, bars and restaurants. For a bigger choice of restaurants you can also go down to Mgarr Harbour which is only 5 minutes drive away. The closest beach is Hondoq Bay which is only 15 minutes away. Gozo’s largest and most popular beach is also about 15 minutes away. Gozo’s capital Victoria is about a 10 minutes drive away. Being close to Mgarr harbour the village of Ghajnsielem also benefits from a regular bus service from Victoria and other villages and beaches.

The apartment comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 2 twin, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. The property also has 1 double sofa bed located in the Living Room. This gives room for up to 7 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The apartment has 2 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use.

The apartment has television dvd, satellite/cable. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming and outgoing calls.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

Jamie says: "We found the property was very suitable for our needs and im sure it would also be very comfortable for larger parties as the place had the capability to sleep more. The views from the rooftop were exceptional and the local people made you feel like you had been there for years. Cleaning services were provided and very reliable and enough entertainment is provided in way of cable/satellite t.v. The rooftop BBQ was a nice added essential. Probably the most enjoying part though was how "Tonio" who we rented the apartment from would be prepared to "fall over backwards" to care for all our questions and needs. We would not think twice about using this apartment again. "
