Our apartments are in a wonderful and exclusive small residence offering peace and tranquility and the ideal way to see this wonderful part of Lake Garda. The villa is an ancient 18th century villa that has recently been skillfully restored to preserve its original characteristics. The apartments look over the centuries old courtyard and gardens with swimming pool.

The villa is in the heart of the beautiful historic centre of San Felice del Benaco. Various shops, bars and restaurants are located only 50 meters from the villa and a pleasant ten-minute stroll takes you directly to the lake.

There is a fully equipped swimming pool surrounded by the villa gardens. In the garden, guests can also take advantage of our BBQ area!

Every apartment has a private garage within the villa and we have a small internet point for our guests’ use.
 

Each apartment is uniquely finished with stunning hand-crafted furniture and each has wooden beams throughout. Every apartment has Air Conditioning and Central Heating as well as a personal safe.

Baby cot and Highchairs are available.

Although final cleaning is included in our prices, we do ask guests to ensure that the kitchen is clean on departure and all rubbish disposed of.

We require a security deposit of 150 EUROS on arrival. This will be returned to you on departure, providing all is in order with the apartment.

Additional changes of bed linen and towels are possible and which must be ordered and paid for on arrival.

Important: Please note that the apartments are sold according to TYPE i.e. 1 bedroom, 2 bedroom. Although you will be given an apartment according to the type booked, we cannot guarantee that the actual apartment above will be available.

The apartment comprises 1 bedrooms in total; 1 double. The property also has 1 double sofa bed located in the Living Area. This gives room for up to 4 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The apartment has 1 bathrooms and 1 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the apartment cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The apartment has television satellite/cable.

There is room for 4 in the living room and 4 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

Matthew says: "Fantastic, newly converted appartments in a lovely, quiet village 1.5km from the lake. My scores would have been higher but there was heavy building work taking place to the rear of the property which was quite noisy during the day. This was not mentioned when booking. I doubt that this will effect future rentals as they appeared to have a few months work left; I would reccomend this place highly for summer 2008. In addition to the description advertised the oweners also provide bikes (including kiddy seats) to borrow for free which should suit families."
