Our apartments are in a wonderful and exclusive small residence offering peace and tranquility and the ideal way to see this wonderful part of Lake Garda. The villa is an ancient 18th century villa that has recently been skillfully restored to preserve its original characteristics. The apartments look over the centuries old courtyard and gardens with swimming pool.

The villa is in the heart of the beautiful historic centre of San Felice del Benaco. Various shops, bars and restaurants are located only 50 meters from the villa and a pleasant ten-minute stroll takes you directly to the lake.

There is a fully equipped swimming pool surrounded by the villa gardens. In the garden, guests can also take advantage of our BBQ area!

Every apartment has a private garage within the villa and we have a small internet point for our guests’ use.
 

This apartment is on the ground floor and has a private patio offering direct access to the villa gardens and swimming pool.

Each apartment is uniquely finished with stunning hand-crafted furniture and each has wooden beams throughout. Every apartment has Air Conditioning and Central Heating as well as a personal safe.

Baby cot and Highchairs are available.

Although final cleaning is included in our prices, we do ask guests to ensure that the kitchen is clean on departure and all rubbish disposed of.

We require a security deposit of 150 EUROS on arrival. This will be returned to you on departure, providing all is in order with the apartment.

Additional changes of bed linen and towels are possible and which must be ordered and paid for on arrival.

Important: Please note that the apartments are sold according to TYPE i.e. 1 bedroom, 2 bedroom. Although you will be given an apartment according to the type booked, we cannot guarantee that the actual apartment above will be available.

The apartment comprises 2 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 1 twin. The property also has 1 double sofa bed located in the Living Area. This gives room for up to 6 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The apartment has 1 bathrooms and 1 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the apartment cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The apartment has television satellite/cable.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The apartment is in a very quiet area. It has access to a shared swimming pool, a patio area. If you are driving there is private parking and a garage with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

Rosemary says: "These apartments are in a great setting.The buildings have been sympathetically restored and the apartment is furnished simply but to a high standard. The pool and its surroundings are really lovely. All the loveliest places around Lake Garda are within easy reach and there is lots to do and see (as long as you have a car). San Felice itself is an attractive proper village with a bakers, butchers, small supermarket, restuarants etc and not all touristy. Its a fairly short walk to a delightful pebbly beach. There is quite a lot of erratic bell-ringing but this just adds to the charm! The manager is extremely helpful and friendly and fortunately speaks fluent English! We had a great holiday here and would highly recommend these apartments."
