The property has four bedrooms: two double, one family room with double bed and one set of bunks, and one children's room with bunk beds. There are also two travel cots for babies. There are two bathrooms (one shower room and one bathroom with hydrotherapy bath), a top of the range kitchen with terrace and lake view, and a spacious and stylish living room with views over Lake Garda to the south/east and the rear garden to the north/west, and a huge wall-mounted plasma television screen. The villa has air-conditioning and underfloor heating, and a total of 4 televisions and 2 DVD players.

The pool is completely private, with a sunbathing area and terrace. There is a private garage to store your car.

The villa comprises 4 bedrooms in total; 3 double, 1 twin and 2 cots. The property also has 2 double bunk beds located in the downstairs small bedroom and in family room. This gives room for up to 10 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 2 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The villa has television and home cinema with dvd. The music system will play cds.

There is room for 8 in the living room and 8 in the dining room. The open fire can be used to create a comfortable atmosphere. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The villa is in a very quiet area. It has sea views, panoramic views, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking and a garage with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

Close to the villa you will find a beach, sailing, boat hire, wind surfing, climbing, horse riding, golf, tennis, a sports center, scuba diving, historic sites, a museum, a theatre/cinema, shopping areas, a restaurant, a food shop.
