Our apartment is in a hillside residence with swimming pool and wonderful views over Lake Garda. The residence is 3km away from the magnificent town of Garda, the lake and beaches.

Thanks to their ideal location, our apartments are the right starting point for excursions on the lake and the surrounding area. Facing the Golf Club Cà degli Ulivi, our residence is surrounded by woodlands and vineyards and the town of Garda is a few minutes drive away, where you can find a good selection of shops, bars, and restaurants. The town offers access to the lake and beach and ferries leave from the port, taking you all over Lake Garda.

Our apartments have a fully equipped kitchen; bathroom with shower; balcony or terrace and lake views. There is a lovely swimming pool with plenty of space for soaking the sun and is surrounded by our olive trees.

To give our customers that little extra, there is a small bar/restaurant overlooking the pool where you can enjoy a range of food and drink and the views over Lake Garda! We also have tennis courts for those of you who are a little more active!

Final cleaning of the apartment is an obligatory extra and must be paid on departure. The price is €50,00.

Water, electricity and gas are paid as an obligatory forfait on departure. The forfait is €63,00.
2 pool towels are also provided.

We require a security deposit of 100 EUROS on arrival. This will be returned to you on departure, providing all is in order with the apartment and the kitchen has been cleaned.

Additional changes of bed linen and towels are possible and which must be ordered and paid for on arrival.

The apartment comprises 2 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 1 twin. The property also has 1 double sofa bed located in the Living Area. This gives room for up to 6 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The apartment is in a very quiet area. It has access to a shared swimming pool, a patio area, a balcony, panoramic views, a tennis court. If you are driving there is private parking and a garage with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

Close to the apartment you will find a beach, sailing, boat hire, wind surfing, climbing.

Chris says: "The property was described as having a double room and a twin room with twin beds. It was actually a boxroom, 3 paces by 2 paces in size. It had a single bed and a pull out camp bed which left 6 inches between the beds when used. The remaining space in the room was then 6 feet by 2 feet. You could not open the wardrobe without closing the door of the bedroom. Our 15 year old girls had to sleep on the sofabed in the kitchen. It was totally unsuitable and completely misleading. The property was described as having air conditioning which it did not. It was described as having an oven when in fact it had only 3 electric rings. It took 15 minutes to boil water in a kettle to make a cup of coffee. Other facilities were only adequate. The resort was extremely nice and in a beautiful location. The property though was far too expensive as we paid for all the things mentioned above, which were just not there. We felt very let down by the property and the way it was described.
