The villa has been skillfully renovated and converted into three luxury apartments, the fourth being occupied by the owners who are on hand to look after you as much or as little as you like during your stay.

The 3 apartments are equipped to a high standard including the luxuries you would expect from a private home including air conditioning and dishwasher.

The villa is detached and stands in it’s own landscaped gardens offering the most spectacular views over the vinyard, olive grove and Lake Garda.

Villa Ponticello is in the heart of the countryside between the pretty villages of Manerba and Moniga del Garda. Various shops, bars and restaurants are located a short drive from the villa and a pleasant 10 minute stroll takes you directly to the lake and beach.

There is a fully equipped swimming pool with sunloungers, parasols and diving board.

Every apartment has a private parking space within the villa. There are washing and drying facilities in the villa and we have children’s cots and high chairs available.

For guests in the winter, there are world-class ski resorts within 1.5 - 2 hours drive away.

WIFI internet is available - payment locally according to use.

There is also a covered bbq and dining area overlooking the pool. The bbq is not for individual use but the hosts at the villa do organise wonderful catered BBQ evenings for all guests.

All bed linen and towels are provided free of charge and water, electricity, gas and air conditioning are included in our prices.

2 pool loungers are provided per apartment and the final cleaning on departure and laundry of linen and towels is also included.

Although final cleaning is included in our prices, we do ask guests to ensure that the kitchen is clean on departure and all rubbish disposed of.

The apartment has 1 bathrooms and 1 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the apartment cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The apartment has television satellite/cable. Recreational activities available with the apartment include table tennis.

There is room for 4 in the living room and 4 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

Katharine says: "The property was exactly right for catering for a family with young children - there was plenty of space and a large pool which was clean and had a shallow stepped end for younger children. The location was perfect - close to the lake and not far from the autostradde for longer trips eg Verona was 45 mins. The hosts of the property were excellent and went to a lot of effort to make the holiday enjoyable including their fantastic bbqs, wine tasting and restaurant recommendation and booking for those with little italian. Cooking facilities were adequate. One tip - a hairdryer could be made available in each apartment."
