In an enchanting area of Lake Garda, nestled in the hills of the Parco Alto Garda, Residence La Quiete is a privately owned villino within a pretty complex with swimming pool and hot-tub. The complex also has an onsite manager, who takes care of the apartments, the restaurant, minimarket and bar.The bar and restaurant mean you don't have to take the car out if you don't want to cook.The menu is basic but it's useful if you don't want to drive to the nearest restaurant in Tignale, 3 or 4 km away.
You can also use the barbecue in the private garden, and there is a small communal play area for children, with swings and slides. There is also a hottub. 

The downstairs bedroom is on the ground floor off the living area, and has twin beds. The second bedroom is in fact a mezzanine (open to the living area) and is very spacious, with a wardrobe and double bed. There is also a sofabed in the living area so the property sleeps up to 6, although bear in mind that if 6 stay, there isn't much privacy for those on the mezzanine and in the living area. The property is about 75 square metres in total. The property is most ideally suited to a family of four or two couples. 

If you just want to relax in beautiful surroundings by the pool, this property is ideal. However, it's proximity to Lake Garda (just an 18 minute drive down to the main road circling the lake) make it suitable also for days out on the lake and sight-seeing. The small town of Tignale is a 4km drive away (20 minutes by foot if you are feeling energetic). There are mountain bikes on site available to use and plenty of walking and biking trails around the residence. Superb for families who want to combine activities with lazing by the pool.

Please note second bedroom area is on an open mezzanine (spacious but open to living area below). There are views of Lake Garda from the swimming pool area. A barbecue is available for use in the private garden.

The apartment comprises 2 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 1 twin and 1 cots. The property also has 1 double sofa bed located in the In living area. This gives room for up to 6 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The apartment has 1 bathrooms and 1 WCs for your party's use. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The apartment has television satellite/cable.

There is room for 4 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, a microwave, a fridge, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The apartment is in a very quiet area. It has access to a shared swimming pool, a south facing garden, panoramic views, interesting views. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

The apartment is right beside swimming, walking, cycling, mountain biking, a restaurant, a food shop.

Close to the apartment you will find horse riding, shopping areas.

Within easy reach of the apartment you will find a beach, sailing, water skiing, boat hire, wind surfing, climbing, skiing/snowboarding, golf, tennis, a sports center, scuba diving, historic sites, a museum, a theatre/cinema.

Karen says: "Fantastic location, very clean & tidy. Description of restaurant & supermarket a little exaggerated. More like cafe/bar and very minimal basic provisions. Also, the route to the place should be made more clearly as it is a very windy and narrow steep one track road for the most part of the journey from Tignale. We were fortunate to have not had anybody staying next door until the last night. They arrived quite late and you could hear them talking, tv, up and down stairs etc. so this may have been a problem if they had been next door during the whole of our stay. Only minor comments on what was a fabulous relaxing holiday. Definitely recommend it. "
