Cabiana residence is a beautiful gated complex consisting of privately owned apartments divided into six independent units of five apartments each. It is situated in the hills above Toscolano Maderno, Lake Garda, with breathtaking views over Lake Garda and sorrounded by a garden with olive trees. It has a large shared swimming pool to relax and for those of you who are a little more active there are also two tennis courts, which can be booked at only 7 Euros per hour.
Each apartment has a private parking place inside the residence and independent entrance.
The complex also has an onsite manager, who takes care of the apartments. The apartments’ owner speaks English and can be reached on the phone for any problems whatsoever.

The apartment is on the ground floor and has a private patio furnished with garden table and chairs overlooking the lake. In the sitting room there’s a double sofa bed and a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, oven and fridge. There is a satellite Tv in the sitting room too.
The shower room has a shower with unlimited hot water, sink unit, wc, bidet.
The main bedroom has a double bed, and is furnished comfortably and simply with bedside tables and lamps and a wardrobe.

There is a token-operated washing machine in the communal utility room under the warden’s house and for our guests we also provide fresh rolls and croissant every morning. A barbecue can be hired for use in the private garden.

Guests can rent children’s cots, linen and towels. They must be ordered and paid for on arrival.

This property is ideal for those who want to relax in quiet and beautiful surroundings. However, it's proximity to Lake Garda (just a 5 minute drive down to the main road circling the lake) makes it suitable also for days out on the lake and sight-seeing. In the town of Toscolano Maderno, a few minutes drive away, you can find a good selection of bars, restaurants and shopping facilities. The town offers access to the lake and beach and ferries leave from the port, taking you all over Lake Garda.

Final cleaning, electricity and water supply are included in the price. Gas used for cooking and warm water is charged on usage.

Although final cleaning is included in our prices, we do ask guests to ensure that the kitchen is clean on departure and all rubbish disposed of.

We require a security deposit of 80 EUROS on arrival. This will be returned to you on departure, providing all is in order with the apartment and the kitchen has been cleaned.

Photos may not represent the apartment you book. Whilst all apartments are furnished and finished very similar to each other, they may differ slightly to any photos.

Located in a beautiful, sunny spot on the Toscolano River delta, the town of Toscolano Maderno is an important historical and economic center of the west side of Lake Garda.
The two towns of Toscolano and Maderno, which date back to ancient Roman days, are home to industry, numerous stores and businesses, hotels, and restaurants.
This area is where Italy's first paper mills originated. The remains of ancient paper mills, one of which was recently turned into a museum, can be seen dotting the Valle delle Cartiere (Paper Mill Valley), one of the most interesting industrial archeology sites in Northern Italy.
Both Maderno and Toscolano have several notable artistic sights, especially in their town squares with their ancient churches.
This area is full of beautiful scenery and offers visitors several sports activities, including hiking, horseback riding, and golfing.
 

The apartment comprises 1 bedrooms in total; 1 double. The property also has 1 double sofa bed located in the in the sitting-room. This gives room for up to 4 people.

The apartment has 1 bathrooms and 1 WCs for your party's use. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The apartment has television satellite/cable.

There is room for 4 in the living room and 4 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a fridge, a kettle. You will also find a dish washer. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

Just small pets are allowed. They must be kept on the lead.
