Our spacious and brand new 2 bedroom apartment is in a small residence with lovely swimming pool and in the heart of Moniga del Garda. This apartment has a private terrace and air conditioning. It is also possible to have a ground floor aparment with private garden (subject to availability).
Thanks to their ideal location, our apartments are the right starting point for excursions on the lake and the surrounding area. The village of Moniga del Garda is a few minutes walk away, where you can find a good selection of shops, bars, and restaurants. The lake and beach are 1 km away and ferries leave from the port, taking you all over Lake Garda.
Our apartments are spacious and luxuriously furnished and have either a patio and private garden or terrace. They have a fully equipped kitchen; bathroom with shower; satellite TV and air conditioning. There is a lovely swimming pool with plenty of space for soaking the sun and there is shared garden at the front of the residence with BBQ area and gazebo.
To give our customers that little extra, each apartment has it’s own indoor garage and there is a laundry room available.

We don’t like to make people pay for air conditioning if they choose not to use it. As such air conditioning is available at a cost of £4 per day. This can be paid for in advance or on arrival.
Although final cleaning is included in our prices, we do ask guests to ensure that the kitchen is clean on departure and all rubbish disposed of.
We require a security deposit of 100 EUROS on arrival. This will be returned to you on departure, providing all is in order with the apartment.
Additional changes of bed linen and towels are possible and which must be ordered and paid for on arrival.
While we endeavour to keep our booking calendar up to date, we accept bookings from a number of sources and cannot guarantee absolute accuracy. We therefore kindly ask you to check availability with us before making a booking.
