Casa Serniga is a unique, characterful yet very stylish 3 bedroom property set in a typical village building with beautiful lake views. It was fully restored to an extremely high standard in 2005.
Stylish interiors
The property consists of a section of a character building on two floors with private courtyard and separate guest room with ensuite bathroom. It is perfect for a family who want to travel with another couple who need their own privacy. The property is very spacious but our limit on the number of people who can stay is 6 plus baby.
Layout
Downstairs, leading off the courtyard, is the opening to the ground floor, which consists of:
large living area, kitchen/dining room, laundry room and shower/wc.
Separate entrance to guest quarters, with double bed and ensuite shower room.
Upstairs can be reached from an outside staircase leading up from the courtyard or internally, from stairs leading up from the kitchen and dining area.
Upstairs is a twin bedroom with adjoining shower room, ideal as a childrens' room although adults will also be comfortable in here, and a huge master double bedroom with open suspended fireplace, ensuite bathroom and terrace with room for al fresco dining.
This property is very special and unique, perfect for couples or families seeking something "different" and stylish in a genuine, sleepy village above Lake Garda.
