The villa has panoramic views of the sea and surrounding beauty as it is a front line property. Just a short stroll of 150m will bring you to the waters edge. There is a pedestrian walk along the coast that bring you into the center of playa blanca. There are some lovely eateries and shops to stop at along the way. The villa is located in a very quiet area of Playa Blanca but is only a 4 minute walk to a group of shops that include a Supermarket , Bar, Chinese & Bistro.  

The private electrically heated swimming pool (8m x 4m) is just outside the bedroom making any early morning splash very enticing! This area is residential and so is very quiet. The villa is completely detached so there are no fears of the clank of neighbours shoes whilst you are sleeping!

The villa comprises 2 bedrooms in total; 2 twin and 1 cots, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. The property also has 1 single sofa bed. This gives room for up to 4 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 2 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use.

The villa has television satellite/cable. The music system will play radio.

There is room for 4 in the living room and 4 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The entrance is ramped. Parking directly outside door. It is a single storey. Access to pool area has 1 inch step only. The sink in the bathrrom may be too high for wheelchair users. Walk in shower has 3 inch step which may be difficult for wheelchairs. 

The villa is in a very quiet area. It has a private south facing swimming pool, a south facing garden, a south facing patio area, sea views, panoramic views, interesting views, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

The villa is right beside swimming.

Close to the villa you will find a beach, sailing, water skiing, boat hire, wind surfing, fishing, walking, cycling, mountain biking, tennis, scuba diving, historic sites, a museum, shopping areas, a restaurant, a food shop.

Within easy reach of the villa you will find horse riding, golf.

Everything you could possibly want! The pool was fantastic! Only had to ring Sue once, she was very helpful and pleasant to speak to! (Hope you liked the flowers) I would recommend this excellent villa and its beautiful setting to anyone and everyone. There is a nice Chinese restaurant on the main road - only a couple of minutes walk! We also had a lovely meal on the sea front - again only a short walk away! We didn't hire a car (wish we had done) but the taxis were very cheap (just over 3 Euro to playa Blanca) Wish it was Christmas Eve and we were doing it all over again. YOU MAY BE SEEING US AGAIN VERY SOON Thank you for letting us rent your lovely home. "
