The villa is cleaned and managed by the caring owners who are always happy to give a warm welcome to new guests. The 9x5m electrically heated roman style pool, ample terraces and large roofed barbecue and lounging area provide a safe and private environment for either a family holiday or for a group of friends. The villa is tastefully furnished throughout and is well kept. The rooftop solarium is a suntrap and the villas interior open-air patio with its fountain is ideal for reading or cooling down in the evenings. High standard throughout and many extras eg dvd library, books, hairdryer, iron, safe, toys etc 

The villa is spacious with a comfortable lounge with chimney area and sat tv, dvdvideo, hifi system, videos and books. The lounge leads through to a large dining room with table and chairs for up to 8. This leads through to the large well equipped kitchen where there is a breakfast table, welsh dresser and full kitchen including micro, oven, 4ring vitro, large fridge freezer, dishwasher etc.
An outside patio provides clothes drying space and houses the washing machine.
The interior patio and fountain lead off from the dining room. Stairs lead up to a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom and rooftop solarium. Downstairs there are two double bedrooms both with built in wardrobes and one with ensuite bathroom and garden feature. There is a further twin room downstairs and another bathroom also with garden feature.
 

The exterior rustic roofed barbecue area has a further dining table with two benches and lounging area.
It provides welcome shade and a beautiful location for al fresco dining in the evenings.
Terrace furniture and sun loungers with mattresses are provided. The villa has ample parking space.

The villa comprises 4 bedrooms in total; 3 double, 1 twin. . This gives room for up to 9 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 3 bathrooms and 3 WCs for your party's use.

The villa has television dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds, radio.

There is room for 7 in the living room and 8 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

Smoking is allowed in this villa.

The villa is in a quiet area but you may hear occasional noise. It has a private south facing swimming pool, a garden, a south facing patio area, a south facing balcony, sea views, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

Close to the villa you will find a beach, sailing, water skiing, boat hire, wind surfing, fishing, mountain biking, horse riding, tennis, a sports center, scuba diving, a theatre/cinema, shopping areas.
