Position only 150m from city bus station, 500m from city harbour and 1000m from main bus terminal make's it ideal for exploring Dubrovnik, Elafiti islands and whole area.
 

This apartment is located in a quiet street near the seashore at the end of a Gruž bay, near the business centre of Dubrovnik. Apartment is on the ground floor, attached to the house where we live. It is 40m2, it has one double bed bedroom with baby bed, bathroom, kitchen, dinning room and living room are in one. Kitchen is completely equipped for cooking what makes it ideal for a long time rental.
 

 

The apartment comprises 1 bedrooms in total; 1 double and 1 cots. The property also has 1 double sofa bed located in the in the living room. This gives room for up to 4 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The apartment has 1 bathrooms for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the apartment cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The apartment has television and home cinema with dvd. The music system will play cassettes, cds, radio.

There is room for 4 in the living room and 4 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, glassware, cooking utensils.

Review submitted by non-Villarenters customer: I had an enjoyable stay in Guesthouse Soko and Dubrovnik in general. I stayed in this accommodation for 6 nights. Both Marijana and her husband were very nice and obliging. The apartment was both spacious and clean, supplied with the necessary utensils and equipment. The apartment is in a good location - 5min from the local bus stop (10min by bus to old town) and 15min walk to the port / bus station, where the Atlas's & Elite's excursions depart. The main supermarket is less than 10min away. I'd recommend this apartment.
