CasalFattoria is an early XX-century farmhouse, strategically located between town and country just 7 miles to the city centre and set in a large well-kept garden on top of a quiet and breezy hill, which is now fully restored and transformed into modern flats. Our property is an attractive two-storied apartment, completely renovated and refurnished by a team of young roman architects, which reflects the owner’s passion and style. Luxury, comfort and design are its main features throughout: beautiful stone and wooden floors, lavish marble bathrooms, chestnut wooden beams on the ceilings, a picturesque fireplace, a private internal staircase and top-class fixtures, fittings and furniture. The apartment is composed by 2 double bed rooms (one room with a third bed), a Loft (equipped with a window AC unit) with 3 beds and 2 divan-beds, dining room with 12 seats, fireplace, living room corner and a chair-bed, a bath room with bath and shower and a bath room with shower, and a fully equipped kitchen (washing machine, clothes dryer, cooker with 5 burners, suction hood, electric oven, 300 lt fridge-freezer, dish-washer, microwave oven, kettle, American coffee maker, dipping shaker, toaster, iron and iron board) with a snack table with 3 seats + a small table with 3 more seats.
Single beds can be jointed and provided with one only mattress in order to have up to 5 double beds and 2 single bed plus eventually 2 smalls beds for children.

The apartment comprises 2 bedrooms in total; 2 double and 2 cots. This gives room for up to 12 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

Eric says: "Ideal place to stay when visiting Rome with your children. There is plenty of living and playing space, inside as well as outside in the garden. This house is well equipped for a vacation in comfort and luxury. The nearby pizzeria sells excellent pizzas. We are a family of 5 (our children in age of 5, 9 and 12 years). We have rented Casalfattoria from January 1st (!) till 6th. We did not need a rental car, the city is easy to enter by the well organised bus and metro system. If you want to do the same, you must know this: Take bus "797 prolungata" (leaves 2 times an hour from metro station Laurentina) to the last bus-stop. Walk back downhill for 200 meters, enter the fence gate on the left side of the street. The foothpath will go uphill to Casalfattoria. Because the owner was unfortunately in the hospital his brother has given us a warm welcome, showed us around and gave us some travel tips. Last-but-not-least on the last rental day the father of the owner brought us to the airport by car! Where could one find such a service these days? "
