The spacious house is in a private gated complex, on two levels with indipendent entrance from the shared garden, it is a good accommodation , sleeping six people comfortably.. Parking inside. The house has air conditioning in two bedrooms . There are also fans provided for those especially warm days 

The location is within walking distance of the sandy beach of Vindicio, in the middle of the Gaeta Gulf. The Beach has all services: restaurants, showers, lifeguards, etc. The house is 5 minutes from the town of Formia with many shops, port area and excellent restaurants of every kind.
A train station graces FORMIA, 4 km away and it is the halfway point between Rome (150 km) and Naples (90 km)
 

Formia, with Gaeta and Sperlonga are in the famous 'Ulixes Coast', an undiscovered pearl of the Mediterraneum, off the beaten track, a long stretch of wild rocky coast, punctuated by sandy beaches and recultivated plains, a land rich in exceptional archaeological finds. From elegant Vindicio beach you see Gaeta protecting the bay. Nearby are several beautiful antiquities: The Tomb of Cicero; the Nerva Walls; and a beautiful Roman 'Caposele Port' perfectly preserved and restored marina attracting visitors to Vindicio beach. Gaeta, 4 km ancient Roman holiday resort, today is a splendid sea resort; mild climate, beautiful beaches for swimming and tourist attractions, rich in history, religious significance, and natural wonders. Sperlonga 15 km the most prominent local attraction, teeming with narrow winding alleyways, workshops, rustic white Mediterranean houses.

The house comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 2 double, 1 twin. The property also has 1 double bunk bed located in the in the twin bedroom. This gives room for up to 6 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The house has 1 bathrooms and 1 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the house cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The house has television. The music system will play cds, radio. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming and outgoing calls.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. The open fire can be used to create a comfortable atmosphere. To prepare food you will find an oven, a fridge, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, glassware, cooking utensils.

Smoking is allowed in this house.

The location of the house means you will hear some noise, though not excessive. It has a south facing garden, a summer house, a south facing patio area, a north facing balcony, a barbeque.

The house is right beside a beach, swimming, sailing, boat hire, wind surfing, fishing, walking, cycling, tennis, a sports center, historic sites, a theatre/cinema, shopping areas, a restaurant, a food shop.

Close to the house you will find water skiing, a museum.
