The apartement is 70 mq, not very big but enough for enjoy Rome and visit ist monuments. 2 rooms plus kitchen and bathroom. In the bed room there is a two places large bed, in the living room 2 others single beds (a bunk bed) and a divan.
Swimming pool is in the condominium : privat for all residents and guests. You’ll have free entrance and also free beds and umbrella.
The apartement is in the north side of Rome, not far from the city centre, about 8 km, in a condominium quiet, green and safe (there are 2 doormans).
There is air conditioned (in sleeping room), and all you need to stay: all is included in the price.
Public buses stops are near the house and it need 20 minutes to go in old city center. There are 5 public buses near the house, the best it's an express line to the center. Night bus stop is 50 mt out of the gate.
Except august, the owner will pick you up at the airport and accompanie at home.
