Historical house, 4 storeys, from the 17th-century, outside the resort, 9 km from the centre of Imperia, in a quiet, sunny, elevated position, 9 km from the sea.Imperia lies on the "Riviera di Ponente" (west of Genoa).
It consists of two distinct parts: Oneglia and Porto Maurizio. San Remo with its elegant shops and the Casino is 21 km away. Montecarlo 72 km. Nice airport 92 km. Genoa airport 110 km. Good transport connections.
The Impero valley, north of Oneglia is covered in olive groves. Palms, magnolia trees, carnations and rose fields, parks. Lots of entertainment facilities. Nautical school, small tourist harbour, riding, tennis, minigolf, swimming pool, lido, water skiing.
