Each cottage is approached via an external wooden staircase to a private decked area (4.5m x3m) with patio table, chairs and umbrella for al-fresco dining.

Each cottage is entered by double doors into the main living area with tiled floor, comfortable seating and equipped with TV and DVD player (TV with English freeview channels, BBC, ITV etc).

Dinning area and fully equipped kitchen with cooker, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, washing machine, iron, ironing board, microwave and toaster.

From the living area open tread stairs take you to the next floor which consists of a double bedroom with bedside tables, chest of drawers and hanging space, a bedroom with two single beds with chest of drawers and hanging space and a shower room.

The property is situated in just over 1 acre of grounds with walnut tree, apple trees, peach trees and a fig tree, plentiful flower filled gardens, large swimming pool (14m x 7m) with terrace and sun loungers, play area for children with swings, slide, trampoline, badminton/volley ball net, football goals (all equipment provided) and a separate tranquil area for those seeking moments of peace. We have a games room complete with pool table and football table and we offer bicycle use (subject to availability). There is a bar-b-que area for each cottage and picnic table. The resident English proprietors offer you a warm welcome but would ask you to note that the cottages are non smoking (you may feel free to smoke outside on the terrace) and we do not accept pets.

The gite comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 2 twin and 1 cots. . This gives room for up to 6 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The gite has 1 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The gite has television dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds. Recreational activities available with the gite include a snooker/pool table.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

This is a non-smoking gite

The gite is in a quiet area but you may hear occasional noise. It has access to a shared south facing swimming pool, a south facing garden, a west facing patio area, panoramic views, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

The gite is right beside swimming.

Close to the gite you will find walking, cycling, mountain biking, horse riding, tennis, a museum, a theatre/cinema, shopping areas, a restaurant, a food shop.

Within easy reach of the gite you will find boat hire, fishing, climbing, flying, golf, historic sites, a zoo, a themepark.

Jan and Glyn, the owners, provided a lovely warm welcome, were on hand if needed and very hospitable. Important to us was that our two children (5 & 11 yrs) were also made to feel the same, aswell as having plenty to do in a very safe environment.
