Organized into 3 floors, it boasts a surface of 380 m2 and offers 6 large double bedrooms, 6 bathrooms, 2 living rooms, a completely equipped kitchen and a dining room.

On the outside: a fascinating garden, a green paradise of 400 m2 with barbecue, armchairs, a big table and a charming view. The building and the garden overlook a sunny and quiet valley abounding in olive trees, vineyards and woods: the perfect beauty of Tuscan countryside.

Villa Il Gelsomino is situated in a strategic position in order to easily reach Tuscany’s most important cities: Lucca, Pisa and Florence.
