This beautiful apartment is situated in the picturesque Lagos Marina, which offers a variety of shops, cafes and restaurants. The golden sandy beach of Meia Praia is only a 5 to 10 minute walk and offers variety of water sport activities. Palmares Golf course, Boa vista and Penina Golf Course are a 5 to 20 minute drive away. From the entrance hall there is an open plan lounge/dining room with sliding patio doors which open onto the huge 30m2 terrace facing the Marina. The well-equipped modern kitchen has all the usual kitchen utensils you could expect including dish water. There are 3 bedrooms all with fitted wardrobes and 2 bathrooms. The apartment itself is comfortably furnished throughout in a modern design and is ideally situated for the person who likes to be within easy reach of all a resort has to offer and there is access (for 4 persons) to a large communal pool and a kids play area in the Marina complex. A vehicle is not essential as once here everything is close by including Lagos trains and bus station but the apartment does offer a garage space if required.
