Madeira Island
Madeira is situated in the middle of the northern Atlantic Ocean, about 500 km. from the African middle of the northern the continent of Portugal, only 1 ½ hour coast and 1000 km from the covers an area of 741 km2 – 57 km of length and 22 km of width.
