Stone house is the perfect place for a small family (a couple with two or three children). This house has two floors. On the ground floor there is one ample sitting room and equipped kitchen and bathroom. The sitting room is equipped with satellite TV, radio and CD player. On the first floor there are two bedrooms. One has two single beds and other has one couple bed and a balcony. Outside, there is a covered porch, barbecue, garden and private entrance. 

The swimming pool is 9x5 meters approximately. It was constructed specifically to integrate into the surrounding countryside and the geographic location, offering excellent privacy. The temperature of the water is the same as the surrounding natural temperature. In the summer, it varies between 22 and 28 degrees and in the winter between 14 and 22 degrees.
All occupants have the share of the swimming pool with sun loungers and gardens. Swimming in the pool, 300m high, is an experience in itself.  

Stone house is a century construction of the traditional style of Madeira.
It has a panoramic view of 180 ° on the Atlantic, is framed in natural environment, in perfect harmony with typical architecture of the region.
It offers a calm, healthy and very happy stay.
It was acquired by the current owner, in 1995, and carefully rebuilt by him in 1997 and 2004, respecting the original outlines, the harmony and integration in landscape.
Defending the environment, live in harmony with nature is a concern. We back respect for the environment as a premise of quality.  

The village house comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 2 double, 1 twin. . This gives room for up to 5 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

There is room for 5 in the living room and 5 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, a fridge, a kettle. The owner has also provided cutlery, cooking utensils.
