LOCATION
Villa Costa is located in Santo Antonio, within 10 minutes’ bus ride to Funchal city centre, the Praia Formosa Beach is within 10 minutes drive. The region is an oasis of peace and tranquillity. The sea with its translucent blue water and perfect island temperatures. Should you wish to dine out and watch the local artists perform the Folklore dance, you may try one of the restaurants of the hotels in the vicinity or you may also taste the local and international cuisines from the other restaurants along the coastline, all within 10 minutes’ drive from the villa. In case you decide to have a quiet dinner at the villa, the local supermarket will provide you with your fresh vegetables and meat. Public transport is within 2 minutes’ walk.
 

The villa which has been newly built, is 300 m2 in area. It is situated in a safe and quiet area, yet near essential amenities. It comprises of 3 bedrooms which can accommodate up to 6 persons, the living/dining room, kitchen, 2 1/2 bathrooms/toilets, 2 balconies and a veranda overlooking the garden with breathtaking mountain views. On the ground floor are the following: -A fully equipped kitchen with fridge, oven, stove, microwave oven, electric kettle, toaster, kitchen utensils and crockery. -A spacious living and dining room with TV, radio-CD. The living room opens up onto the patio, and out to the garden -One guest bathroom with toilet and washing machine On the first floor are the following: -Two bedrooms with double bed with French sliding doors leading onto the balcony for your to appreciate the wonderful view -One bedroom with twin single beds also leading onto the balcony -One onsuite bathroom with hydro shower, bide and toilet – One communal bathroom with corner bath, bide and toilet. In the East, visit the traditional A shaped Maderian houses and appreciate the flora around the island. Take the cable cars to Monte and visit and the Monte Palace Gardens, then brave the toboggan ride down to Funchal centre or visit the Botanical gardens, the bird park and the orchid gardens. There is much much more the island has to offer.

The house comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 2 double, 1 twin and 1 cots, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 6 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The house has 2 bathrooms and 3 WCs for your party's use.

The house has television and home cinema with dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cassettes, cds, radio.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The house is in a very quiet area. It has a selec t aspect garden, a selec t aspect patio area, a selec t aspect balcony, interesting views. If you are driving there is private parking and a garage with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

Close to the house you will find a beach, swimming, sailing, wind surfing, fishing, walking, cycling, mountain biking, tennis, a sports center, historic sites, a museum, a theatre/cinema, shopping areas, a food shop.
