Parking in Closed Garage

The apartment comprises 2 bedrooms in total; 2 double and 1 cots. The property also has 1 double sofa bed located in the bedroom no. 2. This gives room for up to 5 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The apartment has 1 bathrooms for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the apartment cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The apartment has television video, dvd. The music system will play cassettes, cds. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming and outgoing calls.

There is room for 5 in the living room and 5 in the dining room. The open fire can be used to create a comfortable atmosphere. To prepare food you will find an oven, a fridge. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

Smoking is allowed in this apartment.

Vladimir says: "We were extremely satisfied with our stay at this condo. The condo itself is quite spaceous, well equiped and pracrtically brand-new. The owners met us when we arrived and were eager to make our stay as pleasnt as possible. For two weeks it was our base for many day trips we made throught Greece. The best part - a 240 degrees view of the Eagean sea. Even better, we were only few steps away from it. It was wonderful to be able to go for a morning swim at the crystal clear sea and watch the sun rise behind the hill. These were really magical moments that we will never forget. The first week of our stay the temperature was up to 45 C in Athens and here, just outside of the big city, we did not feel it at all. The whole area is still in development and once the construction sites and the access roads are cleaned up it will be even better. We would definitely like to come back again one day."
