Our villas are the best solution for summer and winter breaks as, along with the private pool, each house has an open fireplace and central heating, comfortable living areas and well equipped kitchens.
The typical Greek village of Neo Roino, just a short drive away, will cater for guests day to day needs as there is a mini-market, taverna and Kafenion. The next village, Aghios Andrianos, is 2kms away on the way to Nauplion where guests can find further mini-markets and tavernas with the addition of a butcher¢s, baker¢s and pharmacy.
BEACHES
The Argoloid coastline is dotted with lovely coves and beaches to explore. The nearest, Arvanitia, in Nauplion town is just 8kms away and the impressive crescent shaped beach of Karathona an easy 12 kms. Tolo and a number of other busy resorts are only 13kms away.
ANCIENT SITES
Whether you are an amateur historian or whether you simply want to absorb the historic importance of the area, Karayiannis Villas are the perfect base to explore some of the most important archaeological sites in the world. The Palamidi Fortress and Ancient Tiryns are no more than 15 minutes away. Ancient Epidavros, Mycenae and Nemea are less than an hour away and along with Ancient Corinth and Assini are sites that are well worth a visit; summer or winter.

According to mythology, Nafplios, the great seafarer, was born from the mating of the god Poseidon and the Danaida Amimoni. Nafplios created, built, and fortified the city of Nafplia with walls, near the fountain bearing his mothers name.
The fortress Palamidi, and the island fortress of Bourtzi are two of the sites worth visiting in Nafplio.

The Ancient Theatre of Epidaurus, famous throughout the ages for its acoustics and architecture, is built inside the great alter of Asklipeio,the Ancient city of Epidaurus, on the slope of Mount Kynortios. According to Paysanias it is the work of the famous Architect from Argos Polykleitos Jr. who built the dome, the 4th century B.C.
