Up to 4 guests may stay at two separate split levels within the property: on the top part of the villa at a luxurious one bedroom flat (the rest of which is currently inhabited) and at an independent guest house of the villa. The villa is located in a plot of land of 3,000 squ m full of olive, palm and orange trees. It is highly advisable to hire a car to move from and to the property. Small motorbikes would not be convenient as the road leading to the property is quite steep. 

The penthouse (on the top part of the villa) comprises one double bedroom, a bathroom, an open plan kitchen and a living room. From the living room, you can step outside to a large balcony.
At a lower level, close to the bar and barbecue area is the guesthouse which comprises of 2 beds and an en-suite bathroom.
There are many outside patios on various levels of the property to sit outside and enjoy a cup of coffee or a glass of Greek wine. There is an outside barbeque, a traditional oven and an outside bar area. The flat has a fully equipped kitchen, central heating, a TV, a CD player and a DVD player.  

There are quite a few very beautiful beaches within a few minutes drive from the property all of which are suitable for swimming. Some of the beaches also offer various watersports. In the resort of Porto Rafti, there are many restaurants, bars and cafes overlooking the sea.
For those interested in combining the beauty of Greek nature with its rich history, the Vravrona archeological site is nearby (only 5 km) while the majestic Temple of Poseidon at Sounio is only 30 km away.
The new highway offers easy access to Athens city center (around 40 mins drive).
Once you arrive here, the property owner would be happy to recommend interesting sites to visit and good restaurants for lunch or dinner in Porto Rafti or in Athens. 

The villa comprises 2 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 1 twin, 2 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. The property also has 1 single sofa bed located in the Living room. This gives room for up to 4 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 2 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The villa has television dvd. The music system will play cassettes, cds, radio. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming calls only.

There is room for 4 in the living room and 4 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, glassware, cooking utensils.

Eric says: "The property is in a really beautiful location, and the views are fantastic. Access is slightly difficult up a steep poorly surfaced mountain road. At the moment the property consists of a lovely 1 bedroom penthouse apartment and what would best be described as a bedroom in the garden, which is fairly basic. Having said that it was truly magnificent to step out of the door in a morning onto the lower terrace and watch the sunrise over the Aegean! There were plenty of tables but not enough chairs, and only one chair to sun bathe in (Yes sun bathe in November!) And even in the apartment there was no where for four people to sit down and eat together. Sounds a bit negative but we did enjoy a really good holiday there. Tip! If you are of even a slightly nervous disposition do NOT attempt to drive in Athens city centre! Lastly the owner is really nice and helpful."
