There are plenty of taverns to enjoy fresh fish and "astakomakaronada" (lobster-pasta) and many routes to follow for a small or long walk that will help the digestion! Cinemas, restaurants, cafes or cultural activities can be found at the town of Lavrio.  

A day tour for sight seeing in Athens must definitely be included in the agenda and from Lavrio you can catch a ferry or hydroplane to the Cyclades for a day trip or an over-night stay. If you seek excitement, 45 minutes away are all the summer night clubs of Athens. The villa is ideally situated for holidays that can be relaxing or exciting all combined to the residents' comfort.

The ground floor is made up of a tastefully decorated living room, a dining room and a fully equipped kitchen. On the first floor are two twin bedrooms and a bathroom with a shower (babies are most welcome but notify us first to prepare accordingly). The big veranda and the patio are ideal for relaxing or dining and the barbeque can add to an excellent lunch after a swim or a fun evening under the stars. The villa is surrounded by a garden.

The villa comprises 2 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 1 twin and 1 cots. . This gives room for up to 4 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 1 bathrooms for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool.

The villa has television dvd. The music system will play cds.

There is room for 8 in the living room and 8 in the dining room. The open fire can be used to create a comfortable atmosphere. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.
