This beautifully built new home, sits on an elevated position near the Calvario steps and overlooking the ancient town of Pollensa. It is centrally located yet offering total privacy. It is ideal for families or couples wishing to walk down to the excellent restaurants of the village or simply to have an evening drink in the main square.

Ground floor (mid level) - Entrance, living room, kitchen with dining area, cloakroom, large balcony with sitting and dining area, covered terrace/sitting area and laundry with washing machine.
First Floor (top level) - Master bedroom with en suite bathroom and private terrace.
Lower Level floor (garden and pool level) - 2 twin bedrooms, one childrens bedroom (bunk beds, single bed, sink) one bathroom with separate WC and outside shower.
The master bedroom has air conditioning, ceiling fans in all rooms and central heating.
Please Note: The main floor terrace balcony is low and not ideal for small children.
The villa has its own private swimming pool (7m x 3m) with hydro massage.
