The villa has dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds. Recreational activities available with the villa include table tennis.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. The open fire can be used to create a comfortable atmosphere. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

Susan says: "This is our 4th visit to the Pollensa area of Majorca, sttaying in a range of villas in the area around Pollensa. This was the best so far. The surroundings were very rural it could feel isolated to people used to the bustle of a town with fields all round and great rocky hill clad with pines as a back-dro p. There was one house within sight the owners had a vegetable garden just over the fence and invited us to help ouselves to peppers, tomatoes and aubergines. Sitting by the pool in the vening was just idyllic. The house was a converted farmhouse with outbuildings which had yet to be renovated very atmospheric and very Mallorcan. It was comfortably and attractively furnished in a rustic Spanish style it was definitely someones home and we loved that. There were two lovely new bathrooms. The kitchen was small but perfectly adequate as we ate mostly salads. Perhaps not ideal for a family with small children though children clearly live there a table tennis table, Wendy House etc. was evidence of that. The service provided by Prestige Villas was excellent. As our flight was not until the evening and there were no incoming tenants they arranged with the owner for us to use the garden and pool through the day which gave us virtually an extra days holiday. We would love to repeat the visit."
