The Villa Mandia is a semi-detached property offering a peaceful location in a pretty cul-de-sac. This is the end house on the small close, and the property enjoys uninterrupted views of the adjacent countryside. The entertainment and facilities of nearby Cala Mandia is just a short walk away, where you will find a handful of restaurants that serve traditional Mallorcan and international menus. It is only a few minutes drive to the nearest beach, or you can walk the distance in around ten minutes. 

The ground floor of Villa Mandia offers a comfortably furnished living area which opens onto the poolside terrace. The dining room is adjacent to the living room and there is a modern feel to the well equipped open plan kitchen with electric oven, microwave and fridge / freezer. There is also a utility room with washing machine and a downstairs toilet. The first floor has two twin bedrooms with a shared bathroom, and a balcony overlooking the countryside.
The private swimming pool is set beside sun terraces and the shaded porch, but please note that the pool has no shallow-end and is therefore unsuitable for young children.

 

 

The villa comprises 2 bedrooms in total; 2 twin and 1 cots. The property also has 2 double sofa beds located in the living room 1 double bunk bed. This gives room for up to 5 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 1 bathrooms and 1 WCs for your party's use. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The villa has television.

There is room for 4 in the living room and 5 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a toaster. You will also find a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided glassware.

joanne says: "The villa is lovely, at the end of a terrace with views over the surrounding countryside, it has 2 decent sized bedrooms each with 2 twin beds, plus a putyouup. There is no air conditioning in the villa and the bedrooms did seem to get quite warm. Cala Mandia is a small place which seems dominated by tourist accomodation, the local beach is about a 10min walk away and theres a good choice of places to eat locally, Porto Cristo is only a 10 min drive away for more choice and a good supermarket the villa has a lovely, good sized pool which is 1.75m deep - no shallow end and plenty of patio furniture to choose from and a barbeque. we had a great holiday and would not hesitate to book again."
