The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The villa is in a quiet area but you may hear occasional noise. It has a private south facing swimming pool, a south facing garden, a summer house, a south facing patio area (with heater), panoramic views, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

Pertti says: "We had a very nice and relaxing holiday at Villa Blanca. The house is very spacious, it has a nice private swimming pool and a very beautiful garden. The house is maybe not one of the newest in the area, but still very comfortable and cosy. First we had some difficulties in some details (did not realize that the driving gate opens simply by hand, could first not find the washing machine in the cellar and the third shower/WC in the yard building), but everything turned out quite well. The driving instructions were very helpful, as for example google maps give another location for the house number 1 (in fact, there seem to be two houses with number 1 on Carrer Joan XXIII in Sa Cabaneta!!) The location is also very good for exploring Mallorca by car (easy access to the main higways), as well as Palma (Marratxi railway station for local trains is some 2 km from the villa). We enjoyed our stay very much and are happy to recommend the villa for our friends."
