Cala Mendia One of the most recent tourist resorts on Mallorca has been developed around this beach. Although development was approved in 1972, it wasn´t until the 1990s that this zone was subjected to excessive construction and urban growth. There are some hotels but the majority of buildings are single-family constructions and tourist apartments.

The villa comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 2 twin and 1 cots. . This gives room for up to 6 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 2 bathrooms for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool.

The villa has television satellite/cable.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. The open fire can be used to create a comfortable atmosphere. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, glassware, cooking utensils.

Smoking is allowed in this villa.

The villa is in a very quiet area. It has a private south facing swimming pool, a south facing garden, a summer house, a south facing patio area (with heater), sea views, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

The villa is right beside swimming, walking.

Close to the villa you will find a beach, sailing, water skiing, boat hire, wind surfing, fishing, cycling, mountain biking, horse riding, tennis, a sports center, scuba diving, shopping areas, a restaurant, a food shop.

Within easy reach of the villa you will find golf, a zoo, a theatre/cinema.

The Caves of Drach there is a section which shows evidence of life from the Bronze Age

Mandy says: "On ariving at Villa Pastor, we were delighted to find that it was even better than the photos! The villa was larger than we expected, and had everything we needed. The garden was pretty and the pool lovely and clean. The view of the sea from the terrace was beautiful and it was so relaxing to sit and watch the fishing boats in the evening. The walk to the beach took only about 5 to 10 mins on the way down, but be warned - there are 120 steps back up! The beach itself, althogh pretty crowded during the day was perfect - white sand and perfect clear warm water. We often went down before breakfast when it was virtually empty. There is a small supermarket (we would probably call it a village shop) just a few minutes walk away but it did sell most of what we needed for the holiday. We stocked up a couple of times at the supermarket Eroski in Porto Cristo. We tried out the Albatros restaurant next door to the supermarket, but found that although the stall were friendly, the service was extremely slow and the food average and expensive. Porto Cristo has lots of good restaurants and shops and is a very pretty harbour town. However our favourite restaurant of the holiday was on the beach at the next village Cala Mendia - you can walk across Cala Anguilla beach to get to it which is quicker than walking by road. The view was fantstic, the staff charming and the food excellent and cheap! All in all, we had a wonderful holiday at Villa Pastor and would certainly recommend it and might even go back sometime! "
