Our beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom private villa located minutes away from Duquesa port and a stones throw from the sea and golf. The property benefits from being located in a quiet area, with the vibrant and exciting Duquesa port and marina filled with quality restaurants, bars and nightlife a short distance away.
The accomodation, caringly furnished and maintained, is perfectly located near several high class golf courses - Estapona golf, Valderrama golf and Duquesa golf course are all within a 15 minute drive. Also within 5 minutes drive is - a supermarket, the village of Sabinillas, a well maintened but not overly crowded beach which has bars and quaint cafes and small local shops providing real character to the area.
The house is beautifully constructed and has been equiped with modern facilites and quality furniture.
The private pool is an ideal facility for families with small children, and those that appreciate their privacy on holiday. Also outside is a generously sized patio area with a bbq - great for watching the sun set with a glass of wine!
