The apartment is 30 min from Malaga airport.

The Basics!
Thanks for taking the time to read all about our Spanish apartment located a short distance from cosmopolitan Marbella. It’s our home away from home, so we hope you’ll agree that it offers a bit more than just your typical Costa del Sol rental.

Our apartment is part of a small self contained community established in 2003. If you are looking for sun, sea, great food shopping or nightlife or even just somewhere to have a glass of Rioja and watch the stars then we’re sure the apartment is just what you’re after.

We are located 12km east of Marbella and 2km from Cabopino yacht marina on the Costa del Sol. The apartment can be reached by motorway directly from Malaga Airport in less than half an hour.
 
What can you expect?
The apartment is fully equipped with everything you need to enjoy your holiday. We don’t charge you extra for the use of a pot or a TV – it’s all there for you to use. Read a book, watch a video if it takes your fancy! Within a short ride in the car you have Cabopino harbour, old Marbella town and Puerto Banus as well as over 50 golf courses and a host of child friendly and child focused activities. A bit further a field you can explore the rest of the Andalusian countryside including Ronda, Granada, Seville and Cordoba as well as the many other "White Villages".

La Reserva De Marbella is close to Las Chapas beach and many other fine beaches along the coast. Needless to say, the quality of the restaurants, bars and shops along the coast are second to none. 
Everything you will need!
We took ownership of our new apartment in 2003, and as its our second home we like to keep it at its best. Tht means the building is of the highest standard, with secure access to grounds and facilities. Apartment 2202 is part of the second phase of the development, and enjoys the use of swimming pools, a designated under-ground car park space and lift.

The living areas offer high quality furniture and fittings, including a fully equipped kitchen, video/DVD/CD player. There is also hot and cold air conditioning to allow for a truly comfortable stay.

There are two bedrooms, both offering flexible twin bedded accommodation. There are two bathrooms, a sitting room with dining area, and immediate access to private terrace. A spiral staircase leads to another much larger roof terrace with sun loungers, ‘al fresco’ dining table and chairs overlooking superb panoramic views of the pool, gardens and further away the ocean.

The airport nearest the apartment is Malaga Airport which is all of 30 minutes away. The drive to the apartment is simple, primarily involving the motorway or dual carriageway. Fellow Scots should look to Air Scotland or FlyGlobespan as the cheapest and most reliable way to get to Malaga from Edinburgh and Glasgow (flights can be as cheap as £5.00 single plus tax). Elsewhere in the UK there are a raft of budget airlines serving the regional airports as well as the usual suspects (British Airways, BMI, Easyjet etc) from the larger airports.

The Costa Del Sol (and indeed our Apartment) is best served by hiring a car. The majority of shopping areas, restaurants and beaches (or certainly the ones we would recommend) are within a short drive. Taxis are widely available, as are buses.

Our community shares large well established gardens with a large pool, kids pool and spa pool. The garage is secure and indoors. The sun is available all day on the larger roof terrace which is partially shaded to protect guests from the midday heat. The sun is available from midday trhough to sunset on the smaller terrace where there is additonal seating.There are loungers on the roof terrace as well as a dining table and chairs. There are many plants in both pots and in planters placed around our property. The sea can be seen from both the terraces.

There is room for 5 in the living room and 4 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.
