This three-bed villa is situated in the charming beach side urbanisation of Marbesa. The beach is a five-minute walk away and boasts many beach bars and restaurants where a lunch or an evening meal can be enjoyed. Taking a short walk along the beach brings you to the port of Cabopino which has a further selection of good eating and drinking haunts not to mention its own excellent beach.  

The property comprises an impressive entrance hall with access to the upper floor, lounge and modern kitchen equipped with hob, oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. The lounge decorated in a modern style has an attractive feature fireplace. Patio doors afford direct access to the pool area. Leading from the lounge is the third twin bedroom and the shower room. On the upper level is located the second twin bedroom, full bathroom and master double bedroom with en suit shower room. The master bedroom has a south-facing terrace with sea views and overlooks the pool area. The pool is 9m x 4.5m. 

Weekly maid service with change of linen and towels is included. However, clients are required to bring their own pool/beach towels. 

Within the Marbesa complex you will find a good selection of beach bar's and restaurants, there is also a supermarket and an internet cafe.

The villa comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 2 twin, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. The property also has 1 single sofa bed located in the In the downstairs twin bedroom. This gives room for up to 7 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 3 bathrooms for your party's use.

The villa has television satellite/cable. The music system will play cassettes, cds, radio.

There is room for 7 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

Smoking is allowed in this villa.

The villa is in a very quiet area. It has a private south facing swimming pool, a south facing garden, a south facing patio area, a south facing balcony, sea views, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.
