This modern villa is built to a classical Spanish design, and has marvellous southern sea views.
The accommodation is on two floors and comprises of on the ground floor a comfortably furnished TV lounge and dining area seating 6 people with double French doors leading onto the lovely poolside and terraces. There is a spacious and well equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine and microwave, two twin bedrooms with fitted wardrobes and family bathroom. On the first floor is the master bedroom suite with en suite bathroom with spa shower and private balcony with splendid sea views.
Outside the villa is the private swimming pool (9m x 5m) with roman steps, exterior shower and lovely open terraces with patio furnishings and barbeque.
Car hire recommended.
