The property comprises an upper floor with 3 bedrooms, 2 double, 1 with en-suite and 1 twin, there is also a roomy lounge, diner with wide screen plasma tv and sky tv on this level with a separate fully fitted kitchen and a lovely covered terrace looking towards the sea, on the lower level there are a further 2 bedrooms, and lounge diner plus shower room, a private 8x4 meter pool and enclosed private parking, the house is surrounded by mature palms and manicured garden areas.  

This is a very large villa with everything you need for a superb relaxing holiday. There are lots of lovely terraces all around the property, one is a welcoming rooftop terrace surrounded by balustrade with bbq and al-fresco dining area and is a wonderful large area with fine views over the pool area. Villa La Malva is completely walled in so is ideal for children. There is a poolside shower also.

The villa comprises 5 bedrooms in total; 3 double, 2 twin and 1 cots, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. The property also has 1 double sofa bed located in the Lower Lounge area. This gives room for up to 12 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 3 bathrooms and 3 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool.

The villa has television dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds, radio. Recreational activities available with the villa include table tennis.

There is room for 10 in the living room and 10 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

Mark says: "Good sized plot and easily big enough for our party of 8. Worth noting though that the lower living area doesnt have an internal stair case to the main living area upstairs. Well equipped, nicely furnished and excellent outdoor space by the pool and for BBQs. Its the first villa Ive been to where the pool lights actually work!! Nice quite location and easy to get to the supermarket and excellent beach at botton of hill. Only negatives were it could have been cleaner on our arrival and the lower living area had a smell of damp to it. Overall, a good villa that Id recommend."
