Casa Largartija is a brand new villa for rent on 2 levels with the main living and sleeping accommodation located on the first floor. There are additional bedrooms and living space on the ground floor and this area makes a great space for teenagers or a separate family. Outside is a large private pool with sunbathing terrace and an outdoor shower. The house has air conditioning in all bedrooms and central heating. Casa Lagartija is situated in a quiet area with La Fustera beach and a supermarket and bars, restaurants only a 5 minute drive away. Everything is here for a perfect relaxing holiday. 

On the upper level there are 2 double bedrooms and one twin, the larger double with en-suite, there is also a large separate shower room. There is a good sized fully fitted kitchen opening off the large lounge and dining area. The kitchen boasts all mod cons including dishwasher etc. The lounge doors lead to a covered porch where you can dine al-fresco, a sun terrace and 10 x 5 m pool and an outside shower.
On the lower floor thare are 2 more bedrooms, 1 double with en-suite and 1 twin/triple bedroom plus additional bathroom, lounge/diner with kitchenette. The property is walled in and an electric gate leads to the garage and parking area.

The villa comprises 5 bedrooms in total; 4 double, 1 twin and 1 cots, 2 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. The property also has 1 single sofa bed located in the Twin bedroom, 1 double sofa bed located in the Lower lounge. This gives room for up to 11 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 4 bathrooms and 4 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The villa has television dvd. The music system will play cds, radio.

There is room for 12 in the living room and 12 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.
