This wonderful house has been totally renovated.. it has 4 double bedrooms, 3 of which are ensuite, with a further public bathroom. The kitchen gives access to the garden as does the lower ground exit. The top floor gives views over the magnificent town of Porto, one of the great undiscovered cities of Europe. The house has been decorated and furnished to the highest standard and parking comes close by.




 

Just walk down the hill past some of the finest this old city has to offer, past numerous restaurants, bars and cafes until you come to Ribeira, the heart of Porto. There you can watch the world go by, basking in the sun. Ribeira is renowned for restaurants and cafes and at night the area is teeming with Portuguese out for a stroll along the river bank before settling down to eat and enjoy the world class views. The kitchen is new and fully equipped with all white goods - around the house there are many shops to buy food and provisions - banks, pharmacy, bread shop and butcher all within a minutes walk from the house. The property also has 1 single sofa bed located in the bedroom dowstairs, 1 double sofa bed located in the living room. This gives room for up to 10 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

There is room for 10 in the living room and 10 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.
