All new furnishings with 2 leather settees, dining table to seat 6 people, TV dvd/cd player and for your comfort hot and cold air conditioning. This lovely lounge leads onto the balcony where you can enjoy alfresco eating or a glass of wine and watch the world go by.
The large kitchen is well equipped to a high standard with everything you would require. You can even leave the Rubber gloves at home as a dishwasher is fitted for your use! Built in oven, fridge freezer and good quality new crockery and cooking utensils, a dining table and seating for 6. The utility room off the kitchen is home to the washing machine, ironing and drying facilities.
There are 2 twin bedded rooms and one double, all with fitted wardrobes, ceiling fans and heating panels for those cooler nights.

With 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, large lounge and balcony overlooking the tree lined avenue that runs from one end of town to the other. 5 minutes by car to the fantastic sandy beaches of Oliva and if you don’t want to drive you can hop on a bus where you can go to the beach or visit the many towns and resorts that are on the bus route, you can even travel to the region’s capital Valencia. Visit the busy market on a Friday where locals sell their produce or relax in one of the many bars and restaurants, quite simply something for everyone.

Oliva is an undiscovered jewel in the Costa Blanca.
Set among the orange groves, Oliva offers visitors a taste of Spain’s historic past with its narrow cobbled streets and Moorish castle remains, the blue domed churches of San Roc and 16th century church of Santa Maria la Mayor. In the long winding streets, reminiscent of the middle ages, you leave this century and go back to a place where time has no meaning. On Oliva's beaches, where you don’t have to fight for space, there are 10kms of beautiful, unspoilt, sandy beaches bordered by dunes with the backdrop of surrounding hills, a delight for every beach-goer. The European blue flags for clean water fly over our beaches reflecting the quality of the sea and beach services: play areas for children, water sports volley ball and diving platforms, Oliva ‘s club nautico offers sailing courses. The natural park with it's network of lanes, canals and marshes have a unique vegetation of canes, grasses and paddy fields.

For the golfers there's Oliva Nova Golf an 18 hole PGA championship course, one of the Mediterranean’s most picturesque, covering an area of 510,000 square metres, 25 grass mats and 40 natural tees make the driving range an ideal practise area. An additional 5 hole par three course is the ideal training for pitching, chipping and putting. Designed by Severiano Ballesteros the course is well balanced with a great deal of variety offering a challenge to every player and the opportunity to develop your golfing skills. Our area is known as the orange blossom coast (Costa del Azahar) with vast fertile citrus groves of oranges and lemons.
If you drive 15 minutes inland you will find the Orba and Jalon Valleys where you can explore the winding streets with typical Spanish white washed houses. You can sample the locally produced wines including the famous Moscatel at the local bodegas.
This is without doubt the real Spain!

The Costa Blanca is a very popular region with visitors. Miles of award winning soft white sandy beaches shelving gently into the Mediterranean makes this a good choice for children.
