The large spacious L shaped lounge has two sofas, one seating 3 the other 2. Coffee tables, music centre, Sat TV, video player and DVD. A selection of DVDs, videos and CDs are supplied. Air conditioning. Two single folding beds can be used in the lounge or one in either of the upstair bedrooms.
The dinning room has an extending pine table with 6 dinning chairs. Ample crockery and cutlery etc supplied. The large pine dresser supplies additional storage facilities and contains a selection of games and tourist information.
There are two ceiling fans and a free standing fan as well as the air con. Electric log effect fire and reading lamp.
The fully equiped American style kitchen has a cooker, hob, fridge/freezer, toaster, juicer, kettle and microwave. A washing machine is available in an upstairs cuboard.
The house is fully double glazed and has security grills on all windows and doors. 

The large main bedroom on the first floor has a full King size bed, two bedside cabinets, large chest of drawers, built in wardrobe. It is finished to a high standard and has air con. Double doors lead to the private balcony with table and chairs.
There is a twin room on the ground floor with two single full size english beds (Spanish beds are shorter!), bedside cabinets and a built in wardrobe. It is next to the downstairs shower room and toilet.
The second twin room is on the first floor and very spacious with two single full size english beds, bedside cabinets, chest of drawers and built in wardrobe. This is a much larger room than most 2nd bedrooms.
A single folding bed can be accommodated in both the upstair bedrooms.
All bedrooms have ceiling fans, free standing fans and electric heaters. Air con in master bedroom.
The first floor bathroom has a bath with shower over, vanity unit, toilet and bidet. 

There is a large solarium accessed from the internal marble staircase. Sun loungers, table, chairs, large sun umbrella, barbecue, clothes drier and outside lighting. There are views to the sea and down over the pool and garden.
The private balcony off the main bedroom is also furnished and has views to the pool and garden.
There is an outside terrace on two sides of the house. The terraced is furnished with table, chairs and sun umbrella and barbeque. Again there are views to the pool and garden.
There are two pools available for use, both the same size. They are inside gated gardens for safety. The nearest is next to the house, the second very close by but not visable. These are for use only by residents or those visiting, but not for general use by the public. 

The house has terrace on two sides, plus the main bedroom has a balcony and there is a large solarium. The pool and gardens are clearly visable from all outside space as well as from several windows.

The villa comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 2 twin. The property also has 2 single sofa beds located in the lounge or bedrooms - your choice. This gives room for up to 8 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 2 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool.

The villa has television video, dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cassettes, cds, radio.

There is room for 8 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.
