Why did we buy the property ?
3-bed detached villa with all facilities including a private pool with inset spa. Suitable for our children - and us of course - and guests of all ages. Close to shops, bars and restaurants and walking distance to the nearest beach. Yet the area is quiet and primarily residential. Walk to the end of our road and you can find Indian food, Chinese, Thai, Italian, Mexican, Spanish all of which provide takeaways. The children love the turret as it reminds them of a castle; adults love to lounge by the pool and sip cold drinks as the sun goes down sitting in the spa at the top of the pool. Something for all ages and loads to do nearby.
The beaches
The area has wonderful beaches all of which have attained the highest standards from the EU for cleanliness. The water is warm from April onwards and the beaches are sandy and accessible. All have either beach bars or restaurants very nearby. The waters are shallow and generally very safe for children. Many have playgrounds and good facilities for children.
The nearest beaches are 10 minutes walk including the blue flag La Zenia beach. Many more are 10 minutes drive away.
