This charming apartment is situated in Rue Verneuil, in the 7th district, more precisely in a Parisian area known as the Antiquities Quarter because of the presence of antiquities shops and art galleries.
Our apartment is at first French floor of a walkup 18th Century building located between Saint Germain des Près and the Orsay Museum. It consists of a large entry, a wide salon with fireplace, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, and a kicthen/dining room.
The salon has two large windows opening on the Rue de Verneuil, a 3 seats divan, 2 armchairs, an artistic wide low table, a baldaquin bed for 1 people (child, teenager). The first bedroom provides a king size baldaquin bed, an antique secretaire with several drawers, and a fireplace. The second bedroom open the window on an internal court and is furnished by a queen size bed, several closets; this room has a private bathroom with shower cabin, sink and toilette. The main bathroom has an indipendent access, shower/tub, sink, toilette, and a wide cupboard. The kicthen/dining room provides a table for 6 people, fridge, four electric plates, clothes washing machine, toaster, kettle and a coffee maker.
The nearest Metro stations are Rue du Bac and Solferino (line 12). Saint Germain des Près (line 4).
