The Riverview Apartment has been completely renovated, decorated and furnished in August 2006. The Riverview Apartment is in one of the most central locations in Budapest, at the beginning of the vibrant Danube promenade, with a view of the River Danube and the Buda Hills from the balcony and adjacent to the Marriott Hotel - great for those business travellers with meetings in the hotel. Less than 50 meters walk from Vaci utca, Budapest's main shopping street and the famous Gerbeaud coffee house and a great selection of restaurants, cafe's and bars for every taste, including the well known expat hangout, The Stage Pub. The apartment area is 33m2, plus a 5m2 balcony. Relax in the sun on the balcony with table and chairs and a view over the river. The apartment has been newly decorated, furnished, and equipped to the highest quality including a wall-mounted LCD TV, DVD player with a selection of DVDs and a range of English books. The Riverview is a studio apartment which includes a living and separated bed area, kitchenette and bathroom with shower and WC. Out of consideration for our guests we have made this a non-smoking apartment. Smoking is permitted however on the balcony.
 

There is a well stocked supermarket, open 7 days a week until 8 pm, immediately below the apartment block, with a fine selection of local delicacies, wines, beers and spirits. A laundry is located just opposite the apartment. Numerous clubs, bars, pubs and restaurants in the immediate areas within 1-3 minutes walk. Public transport and multi-level car parks in the direct vicinity.

The room/studio comprises 1 bedrooms in total; 1 double. . This gives room for up to 2 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The room/studio has 1 bathrooms and 1 WCs for your party's use. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The room/studio has television dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play radio. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming calls only.

There is room for 3 in the living room and 2 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, a microwave, a fridge, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.
